The mgr (black lady - sorry I don't remember name) was very nice and accommodating when I booked room; was just as nice when we checked in. We had a few special requests on our booking and she met all of them. I loved having a key that you just hold up instead of inserting and it worked every time. Every one of the staff were friendly. Bathroom was large, very clean, looked new. The breakfast was wonderful - had eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, juice, milk, asstmt of breads, incl. bagels/cream cheese. The man manning the breakfast didn't stop for a minute - all the pans filled and fresh. A lady manned it on Monday and she did the same. They were amazing, very impressive, friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Also liked not having carpet since we always have dogs with us. BTW, the lobby decor is beautiful

Exceptionally kind and helpful staff As we stayed for several nights, we used printed and computer; Since the street lights were very intense, we could cover window with special thick curtain which is a plus. The beds are super comfy 👍 We liked the breakfast choices and the helper lady, she was very assistive and kind.

After many stays the room never disappoints us. Always clean, cool and fully stocked. I wish they’d bring back the waffles and pastries on the breakfast bar though! Location is excellent for everything we normally do when we make the trip.
